2/7/21- First employee is fired by Disney.

7/30/21- Disney announces vaccinate or terminate policy for employees.

9/26/21- Rally outside Disney Springs regarding medical freedom/no mandates.

10/16/21- Downtown Orlando rally regarding medical freedom/no mandates.

12/7/21- Plaintiff Seth Schmidt is fired by Disney.

12/23/21- Plaintiff Steve Gibbons is fired by Disney.

2/7/22- Another employee is fired by Disney.

4/25/22- Plaintiff Stephen Cribb fired by Disney.

6/30/22- Lawsuit against Disney filed in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court- Osceola County, with three plaintiffs: including Stephen Cribb, and Adam Pajer Case No.: 2022-CA-001697

7/1/22- Press Conference in Kissimmee, FL to announce lawsuit against Disney.

7/12/22- Fox & Friends First morning show interview 

8/16/2022 - Disney stops enforcement of its Covid-19 vaccinate-or-terminate mandate and stops enforcement of its inherently discriminatory Florida policy of Augmented Health & Safety Protocols

12/1/22- Fox & Friends morning show interview 

12/23/22- Amended Lawsuit against Disney is filed with the addition of 4 other plaintiffs: including Steven Gibbons, and Seth Schmidt

1/9/23- Wesh 2 News Interview with (Seth Schmidt, Rachel Rodriguez)

1/20/23- The US District Court for Middle District of Florida (Osceola County state case was removed by Disney to federal court) ordered to sever our multi-plaintiff case into seven SEPARATE cases. The court did NOT waive the filing fee for the new cases, requiring each one of the plaintiffs to each pay the $400 filing fee, that's $2400 in needless cost.

2/14/23- Filed an amended complaint in the original multi plaintiff case to an individual case, simultaneously filing 6 NEW cases for remaining plaintiffs with United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division

April - August 2023 - Plaintiffs answer a total of 26 motions to dismiss from seven Disney defendants.

12/8/2023 - Reedy Creek Improvement District dismissed as Defendant from all cases by the District Court

2/28/2024 - Court dismisses all remaining claims against Disney defendants Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, US, Inc. and Disney Vacation Club Management for Cribb: 6:23-cv-250 and Gibbons: 6:23-cv-255

2/29/2024 - Court dismisses all remaining claims against WDPR, for Pajer: 6:23-cv-254 and Schmidt: 6:23-cv-257

3/12/2024 - Court dismisses all remaining claims against defendant Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products in four cases - ending five of the seven originally filed employee cases against Disney.

4/11/2024 - Notices of Appeal filed in four cases to the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit: Cribb No. 24-11147, Pajer No. 24-11146, Gibbons No. 24-11148, Schmidt No. 24-11160
